Re: business Opportunity Rule- CFR Citation:16CFR part 437. I agree that there are many business opportunity scams, and those companies should be punished. But at some point the public has to understand that they will be taken in if they have the - something for nothing -mentality. People are always looking for a get rich quick scheme. However, there are many legitimate companies, like Freelife International, that have done things right for the past eleven years. Why should they be punished for something some scam artist does? We have products that literally change peoples' lives, with a re-order rate of over 90%, and on top of that we offer a 90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, no questions asked. We don't get rich quick, we build our business slowly over time. Our distributors are working from home so that they can be there when their children get home from school. Many of us are elderly and would not be able to get a decent job. Frankly, we would have to move into a city because we couldn't afford the fuel prices to commute to work as we live so far from businesses.( And nobody seems to be doing anything about the outrageous price of gas, in spite of the billions of dollars of profits the oil companies are generating.)You will cripple this industry and put hundreds of thousands of people out of business if this rule goes into effect. You need to find out where all your complaints are coming from and zero in on that element and not punish the established companies that have spent years and a lot of money learning how to do things the right way. There should be a different set of rules for a new company for a specific amount of time until they prove themselves. But across the boards punishing EVERYONE is just not fair. Most of the scammers are hiding behind the internet and besides that they are spamming. Freelife has a coprorate office, and we are out in the open in over 22 countries. We, as distributors, have guidelines to follow, and if we don't our distributorship is terminated by the Company. We are not allowed to spam. So our company has it's own policies and procedures to keep us from running into problems. Of course we have a website, but that is NOT HOW we do our business. Please reconsider this rule. In it's present form it will kill the home business industry. Thank you for listening and reconsidering
