I am in favor of making a level playing field and making sure no one is taken by any fraudulent schemes. However, our businesses have been built on truth and disclosure through the PLAN we provide currently. We do not push people and we make sure they are aware that any business building tools purchased are on their own accord in building the busines and not a mandatory item. I applaud the efforts in helping the public to be guarded from scams but the wording in the proposal slows my business growth and many others. Dont' hurt other peoples businesses and dreams by slowing down growth - it only hurst the everyone in the long run. To place more tax burden issues on documentation as mentioned is not American. We take out taxes and help to pay our share. Our nation is based upon creating our own businesses and in this case helping and teaching others to do the same - thus increasing the tax base - why criple it - not a smart move. Thank you for you time and concerns on this issue.
