To Whom So Ever This May Concern: I have been in the Quixtar business as an IBO for the last 21 months approx. All I can say is that this is by far one of the most legitimate and honest business that I have come across. My wife and I are at the 15% income level and have been very happy with the results. Even though by now on average we could have been higher but given our personal and professional life this seems to be a fair level to be at. When approached and shown the plan I was told about average incomes and also people who have been very successful in the venture. Not once was I given the impression that it was get rich quick scheme nor were the numbers exaggerated. The team we have been working with builds our business with ethics and honesty and when the business is shown to others the same is applied. The money back guarantee and refund policies have been awesome! The products are just superb and value maintained very well. I have gone through the FTC regulations and have the following concerns: 1.) Please eliminate the waiting period, at least for opportunities like Quixtar where a prospect can get his money back if not satisfied. At time we deal with people all around the world and 7 days is a lot of time and energy that could become non-productive and add up to hundreds of dollars in lost business opportunity. 2) Quixtar being a people business, I think providing 10 references may not be possible at times. Especially when the location has not been exposed to the Quixtar opportunity yet. 3) When we were signing up we were told about some past litigation and research showed that Quixtar was still a good opportunity to be in. Not everyone would see it in that way and there are many opinions out there which are not necessary true. 4) Like many others, I would not be comfortable disclosing my personal income through Quixtar or other sources. If need be I would show it to someone who is serious about the opportunity but not anyone and everyone. Maybe a simple average statement would be great for IBO income like we have been using. I hope the FTC realizes that Quixtar is and has been a great opportunity and help many realize the TRUE AMERICAN DREAM. Sincerely, KT
