I feel that providing a list of 10 other IBO's in your area is unfair to the IBO. What if a higher % of those 10 people had a somewhat bad experience? That leaves you with a prospect who is unlikely to get started in business just because of someone else's mistakes. Their success won't depend on other's mistake or bad experiences, rather, it will depend on their hard work. Providing a list of lawsuits in my opinion, is a negative way to get off the ground. If you were to purchase a McDonald's franchise do they do that for you? I don't know the answer to that completely but I'm pretty sure they don't. Who has the time to look through every lawsuit for 10 years anyway. How many lawsuits has Microsoft had? Look where they are today....
