The proposed rule that you are trying to put in affect will definitely affect myfamilies business with Quixtar. The way in which it would affect us is because making someone wait to get there business started slows them down which there in could slow money flow through the economy as well. I should not have to show anyone my financial statements simply because there is a privacy act that allows me to keep all the information of my personal belongings to myself. Plus, if you want us to give references of other IBO'S that is invading there privacy as well by giving out there number which they might not want to happen. The one thing I have always done is be upfront with my new IBO'S and let them know that the business is dependent of them and that if they work the business hard and get educated that they could become profitable in the business. So I decline on the proposed law but do agree with you on letting them know upfront that it's not get rich quick and that it does require work and that I'm not guaranteeing there success.
