The rule should require clear income dislosures that apply to the direct sellers. The rule should offer a cancellation policy. The rule should NOT require a seven day waiting period before a prospect registers. The rule should NOT require IBO references to prospects or disclosure of past litigation. The rule should NOT require financial records be disclosed to prospects.
