I am writing in regard to the proposed changes in rules for home based businesses and how it will effect us personally and the industry. First, I think changes are great. Second, they should be fair and not become overly burdensome for business owners to conduct business. I believe by simply making all companies doing business have a government approved description of average incomes possible and a description of what makes our type of business legal, it will show the illegality of those businesses not following guidlines and rules. Also, potential business owners would not have to be given referrences or make to wait but should rather have a 30 day cancellation policy in effect or something similar to that. Our type of business opportunity welcomes your help to weed out the rif raf that gives us legitimate business owners a bad rap. Just don't penalize us for their lack of integrity in business. Help to put us all on a level playing field but don't make our doing business become so burdensome that we cannot do business. Thank you for your time, interest and consideration with this serious matter. Dr. Harold Gable II Quixtar IBO.
