I have been involved with quixtar for slightly less than two years. I have found all the people and the coorporation to be very honest and accountable. This is a great opportunity for ordinary people to rise above their challenges and build a lifestyle in this great country. While all your requirements are valid, they make it more difficult to start business in this country. That is one of the cornerstones of this business and industry. There is sufficient literature available for people to research and the money back guarantee makes it a win-win situation for all. I think this proposal makes it unfair and places an undue advantage for people out to discredit the organization for no reason. I hope reason will prevail and I am sure the FTC will consider all opinions before making a correct decision. Thank you, Arun Ramalingam
