I beleive that imposing a 7 day waiting period is not needed. There are many who receive all the facts and have the ability to make a decision. It seems unlawful to inhibit them from starting something that they are fully informed on and are ready to begin. Each individual is an adult and should have the ability and right to make a decision as quickly or as slowly as they choose.
