As a member of a business opportunity since 1992 (Amway, now Quixtar), I emphatically agree that adequate and honest disclosures promote good business. Please do not burden small business owners with restrictive rules by imposing a time delay. Instead, emplement a period after registration that would allow full refund upon cancelation. Please consider that the individual entrepreneur successfully creating bussiness has made this country great. Provide simple rules that help provide opportunities for everyone.
