To Whom It May Concern: The business oportunity rule being considered is a serious violation against personal freedoms. The direct sales industry is being unfairly attacked with the proposed requirements. This singles out on facet of the retail sales industry. Other marketing companies are not required to do so to include Walmart, Sears, Home Depot, Etc This attmept to place this burden on the direct sales industry is very discriminatory in its nature, content, and requirement. Free enterprise is just that-Free. The free market has worked for two-hundred years and will continue to do so. so let it alone and pull this proposed business opportunity rule.
