I am an IBO powered by Quixtar for many years. This business is very important to our family's income and has been very successful for us. As much as we put in we get out, our goal is to build it to a 6 figure income and be our sole financial income. This business is to awesome it allows us to live anywhere we want and be on the cutting edge of the Internet. When we decided to get involved we researched the business and asked a lot of questions. We received good answers, no pressures and found this to be the best business opportunity ever! When we sponsor other people we help them research the opportunity and give them answers to their questions, if we don't have the answers our upline mentors are always there to help us, superior support system. We always let people know this business takes work, just like commiting to a workout program, you have to work at this to earn money, this is not get rich quick, it is true entrepreneurism, what this country is founded on. Regarding the rulings being reviewed: We support any ruling that separates this business from the illegal businesses. We do not support the waiting for 7 days, that would be terrible, when people want to get started, they want to get started right now. They can always get their money back, it is Quixtars guarantee. Providing references is not a good idea. We find that everyone we sponsor is different and we work with them at the level they choose to develop their business. We introduce new people to the business at business meetings, this gives them an opportunity to talk to other people face to face, very professional atmosphere. I oppose the idea of exposing the litigation list, specific earnings disclosure and the financial substation. When a person asks then we do provide truthful answers. The FTC should support this business as it has by providing us with approved documents and figures. Just by being able to say the information we provide is approved by the FTC adds tremendous crediblity and respect for the FTC. Keep it simple help protect us all from the get rich quick schemes as this business and the others like it that are legitimate are Awesome opportunites for many people. The biggest problem is that people have fear of talking to people. If our school systems would teach our economic system of ENTREPRENEURSHIP and help develop people skills so that people are more confident this would be a huge help to this country. No wonder many foreigners come to this great country and take advantage of our economic system and become business owners. Please FTC do not make this difficult and full of unnecessary paperwork, we have been doing pretty good building our business some of your recommendations would be a big detriment to our future. Thank you
