Im writing regarding tthe propose hearing on Independent business owners. The propose ruling on having all IBO make there prospect what a seven day waiting peroid is unlawful. And to have to discolse document about law suite on the quixtar company isnt right either. And also to disclose Fincail records. Thest king os sacantion seem to be to slow or halt the progress of IBO doing business. More and more of our freedoms are being taken away. seem that when a group of people are succeesing away from the norm people want to change the rule s of the game . Not to beenfit all just a selected few. If the FTC is to rpose thsis ruling is should be across the broad not to affilated business models like Quixtar. this should be doen to all business to employment palce whic make claims of salarie the should also disclose financail documents and past litigation , This should not just to be trageted to companys like quixtar. With all the other probelms in our country War in Iraq and out jobs being sent of seas What not traget these companys with sanctions also. It seem to be like our is trying to change Amereica into a communist type of society.
