Good Day, Thank you for taking the time to read my following comments. Since the day I registered as an IBO powered by Quixtar, many positive changes has changed in my life since 1994. Not to mention making legitimate money in the beginning, and not having to wait to register for any period of time/days. I registered two or three days later and I didn't want to wait beyond that length of time. I saw my future thru my dreams and goals of life layed out before me. And, making future IBOs being placed on a waiting period in order to register themselves or any person(s) down in their organization, would terribly slow the process of getting other potential IBOs started and a lot of time will be of waste. The organization that I am part of in the Quixtar business, does everything above board, in terms of advising future IBOs about providing thorough info and presenting the business opportunity correctly and concisely before registering other people into our group. Furthermore, I feel any slight changes in the way that we help people into the business, as we do things currently, are deemed appropriately. Please do not make any changes to any proposed law by the FTC. Thank you
