Concerning Business Opportunity Rule, R511933 I want to thank you for your concern for our welfare, but I have some concerns to some of your requirements, 1. 7 day waiting period (IT ONLY TAKE 3 DAYS TO GET A GUN) I am selling a health supplement that can make a person feel soo much better by the 7th day. 2. List of nearest references- I work at a hospital and we are not allowed to tell someone ( even family) who is admitted (HAPA rules) and giving out the names & numbers of customers ( to a potential customer) IS an invasion of privacy and safety issue. 3. Earning statement- What other private Co. shows how much they actually make to future clients? 4. Legal actions- all U.S.Companies are in some kind of lawsuit so unless the outcome is presented also, it seems unfair, and a waste of time for most of us non-lawyers. 5. Cancellations & refunds, I personally tell my clients about the cancellations and refunds that I have had. Allowing them to see that they have a choice to leave any time. Thank you again for you concern, I have been in Xango for about 9 months and it has changed my life, I have more energy and never felt so good and I just turned 61 years young.
