Dear Sir/Madam, My wife and I have been building the Quixtar biz for the past 7 years. We are extreamly pleased with the biz. All my family and friends are involved. It's allowed my wife not to work a full time job, but to be home to raise our 2 children. I have an engineering background and own a Hi-Tech Silicon Valley Firm . My wife used to be in medical research. The Quixtar biz is very attractive because of its simplicity. Low cost to join, minimal paperwork and 180 day full money back gurantee make it easy for anybody to try. And if its not for them to quit and move on. We typically sign up people in groups. Example we will get a young couple involved, do two -three mtgs for them, giving them time to do more research on the company and at the same time to show them some success. Then we get their whole team started at the same time - It creates a lot of excitment. IBO's learn best through trial and error. This is very personalized biz. Everybody builds it differently. We do not want IBO's to be influenced by other IBO's views on the biz - positive and negitive. We want them to figure out what works for them. They have 180 to figure out what works best for them - networking, retails, commercial sales etc etc. Giving people a list of lawsuits just confuses them. Every successful company like say Walmart has lawsuits. They do not give each new employee a list of negitive legal stuff. It's a lot easier to have Quixtar post a link on their site to such matters, so if the IBO wants to know more he can go check it out. Reg Income claims - the best thing is to have Quixtar publish a FTC approved document that highlights the average incomes for different bonuses/levels and have us have the prospect read it before sign up and confirm that with a digital signature. - Less paperwork/overheads is the reason why so many professionals join the Quixtar biz. Overall please remember a lot of us have spent a lot of years building a solid foundation here. Please do not take that away. Simplicity, Less Paperwork, Easy to join, easy to quit are some of the reason why Quixtar is growing so rapidly. Thank you have the opp. to share some of my comments. Aditya Inamdar (Eddie)
