"Business Opportunity Rule, Matter No. R511993" Would seriously impair my ability to make an income. As an independent business consultant I work alone like a sole propreiter. Keeping the information indicated would be over load of the highest. I am certain some of the information would not be available as it would interfere with personal information and time. The waiting period of 7 days will cause new business people delays that could diminish their earning potential in the first days of their business.
