You should not hender free enterprise. The people that have been scamed should be doing their homework and learning. The people that are working hard to create a real business for themselves should not be the ones punshied for others stupidity. That would be like someone getting rip off at a car dealership and you putting restrictions on the car manufacters because the customer was to dumb to look at all the info provided to find the real value of the car. Are country needs more people working to do better for themselves not more restrictions.
