Just when I think I've seen it all from Washington, something as crazy as this Business Opportunity Rule surfaces; and I realize there are still plenty of idiots there looking for rules and laws they can make to try to justify their jobs. I have to say this is as idiotic a proposal as I have EVER seen come out of Washington. Whomever dreamed this up, and all of his superiors that approved it, should be FIRED! Amazed, Mark W. Morton
