With all due respect to the FTC in "protecting" the consumer from unfair trade practices; I object to the proposed FTC rule #R511993 on the following grounds: #1:the 7 day waiting period, which I feel is not only unnessessary but also places a burden on the legitimate business person & his/her customer(s) which could ,concievably lose sales. #2 eliminating the $500 threshhold for businesses ( we require no /or small startup cost) #3 Litigation history requirement--Considered unfair as it does not distinguish between winning & losing lawsuits. #4 Earning claims-difficult to establish due to variables in business & people.#5 References--Difficulty in findin 10 nearest sales people. I have been in this business 6-7 mo's & I;like perhaps millions of other americans, are looking for the opportunity to better our social condition by supplimenting our incomes. I believe in my business & it's products & hope the FTC can see our view. Thank you for your attention to this matter;Sincerely O. Johnson
