I support wanting to protect buyers from fraudulant businesses. This is just not thought out well and will hurt many legitimate businesses. We want a strong economy and the more money fed into the system the better off we will be. If this passes there will be a huge halt to the money fed into the system. Possibly forever. Please consider another plan that helps the buyer and does not hurt the businesses.
