To Whom it may concern, I am concerned abour the proposals for the changed to direct sales companies. I am new to this type of buisness I and I know there are a lot of companies that are out to scam people. I did a lot of research before deciding to start my buisness and work with SMC. I know there are concerns and issues, but the proposals you are considering, while seeming to help, are actually, in my opinion, going to slow buisness. I am also very much against forcing companies to release info about its customers. Sounds too much like invasion of privacy to me. We live in a free market, and as long as its free people that don't take time to research, or look into things will get scammed. Its you job to fight people that scam, inform the public, but not put a leash on companies. If restriction stop some illeagal activity but hurt many legitimate companies, its not worth it. Keep America free and that includes direct sales. Thank you for yout time. Jeff Hawkins
