When I decide I want to purchase a product or become a distrubutor, I want to get started right away. Why should any one other than myself decide I should wait any length of time to do what I want? I believe that being of sound mind and body and of free will and a United States Citizen gives me the right to chose, not some organization or burocracy. We are letting way too much governmental control into lives.
