This rule is not necessary. Our country was founded on the principles of democracy and freedom. By passing this rule, you would further restrict our freedom and make it more difficult to conduct business. The majority of businesses in this country are small businesses and we need freedom and flexibility . It is not necessary to pass a rule that would require such time investments to gather all the information that would be needed to do business. The Direct Sales Association does a good enough job of regulating our industry.
