I joined Bio Pro last year just to buy some products for my family and self. I have been a business person all of my life (brought up in a candy/ice cream parlor owned by my parents). I know your proposal is made with good intentions, but I don't see any value in it. If anything, it is going to prevent free enterprise from working as it should. There will always be some people with fraud intent, but I think you will have to weed them out in a different matter. Just read in the paper today about an organization creating accidents on the freeway to collect insurance. You can't stop those kinds of people with your proposal. You are just going to tie the hands of honest people trying to make a living. A good customer relationship is desireable by anyone in a legit business. Laws are already in place to handle most problems. Your proposal is superflous. It's a waste of time and money. I hope this will encourage you to drop this matter and go after the true criminals in our society.
