While I understand what this rule is attempting to accomplish, I feel the overall result would be to cause many legitimate businesses to suffer, individual marketers to suffer, and, most of all, the consumer will suffer in the end. I realize there are unscrupulous markerters and companies out there preying on the unwary. But to make the whole industry suffer would be unfair and unwarranted. I urge you to consider this rule for what I believe it to be and that's the larger corporations attempt to eliminate competition. Thank you for your consideration.
