I graduated from a top 15 business school in the nation after having a full academic and leadership scholarship. I decided to build a direct sales business because I could accomplish the dreams I wanted, create financial security for myself and family, impact thousands of lives around the world in a positive manner and live a fulfilling life. Today I have accomplished this goal by helping and supporting hundreds around the world. These accomplishments were only possible by working with a legitimate company like Freelife International and the proposed rulings by the FTC for Business Opportunity Rule would absolutely destroy my business and the efforts that I have taken over the last 5 years. Furthermore, these rulings would make it impossible for legitimate companies like Freelife, who have received world recognition for the difference we are making in lives and charities, to properly support and build our businesses in a manner that supports the good of the world. I understand and appreciate actions taken on cracking down on scams and fraudulent companies, but this ruling would destroy the lives, businesses, and freedoms that our country believes in for businesses within the direct sales industry that are legitimate and integrity based operations. These rulings will not lessen scams, but rather kill off the 99% of good companies that are built on solid business principles, integrity, trust, and character. Do not vote this ruling into practice.
