This new rule is overly burdensome and unduly punitive to legitimate network marketing businesses and their members. Also, it will do nothing to curtail the establishment of new ponzi schemes nor will it stop corrupt business practices. All it will do is require legitimate companies to generate reems of paper that none of its members or prospective members will read and if they do they will not understand what they are reading. In addition to being a New Vision distributor, I am also an attorney. Therefore I know of what I speak. This rule should NOT be implimented! Thank you.
