Dear ladies and gentlemen: It appears that the FTC is attempting to limit and confound the ability of private citizens to conduct legitimate business endeavors by creating onorous hoops to jump through. Often we are given guidelines which can be helpful, but when the government attempts to get specifics in place, it often fails miserably because it is an outside entity unaware of the consequences such restrictions would set up. If my own university--Wake Forest University-- now has a new BS degree in Entrepreneurship extending to an MBA if desired, then the Networking industry has certainly come of age as a viable business model. This university is well recognized in the collegiate and business world. I would NOT be in favor of outside restrictions that dissolve the American dream of owning your own business and being paid what you create and develop with your team. Sincerely, Karolen Bowman, MD
