Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. The proposed restrictions to immediate opt to "sell" a product would add additional bars to people new to entrepreneurship and likely discourage new people like myself from joining a business opportunity. It would best best to have a period to test the proposal before finalizing to see the probable negative effects.
