Why are you adding additional burdens on those who sell directly? In the intrest of fair play, the same burdens should be placed on ALL business's, not just the direct market, or else on no one. I am not in favor of this rule. It unfairly penalizes one type of business over another. Please vote against this onerous rule: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Thank you.
