Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 Gentlemen: I am 69 years old and quit working outside the home in May 2005, thanks to the direct selling businesses online. My husband and I can not live on social security alone. My online business is our main source of income; it has enabled me to become more confident and has contributed to my personal development in all areas; it is a source of mental stimulation and I am sure if more seniors used the internet in this manner there would be less need for long term care placement. I appreciate what you are trying to do for consumers, however, I am concerned for the impact this will have on the legitimate direct selling companies. I feel that this rule is impractical, and causes unnecessary delays. It also casts the legitimate businesses in a negative light. Thank you for your time. Regards, Donna Sweasey
