As Vice President of Marketing for SimplyFun, I would like to echo the concerns related to R511993 made by Gail DeGiulio, in the attached letter. The implementation of R511993 would negatively impact our business with significant consequences that could stagger the growth rate of a company our size. As an active member of the DSA, we are fully compliant with the Code of Ethics that dictates our business practices, making the tenets you have proposed unnecessary.
