Regarding Business Opportunity Rule, R511993- While I appreciate the spirit behind this rule in eliminating fraudulant businesses I respectfully request that it be opposed on the basis that there are many legitimate businesses out there that will be severely affected, including mine. I discovered Xango two years ago when I had some health issues that forced me to quit my job. I still have two children at home. One is getting ready to go to college. Not only does this product do what it says it will do, (it saved my life from breast cancer), but it is supplementing our household income. I feel that the seven day waiting period will create problems in that it takes away the initial inertia that a new distributor has in building their business. I also have a problem with the references. People don't want to give out their personal information now. If this becomes a requirement it will discourage a lot of people who might not be discouraged otherwise. I feel that our business is built on honesty and trust and this rule will cause a lot of distrust. While I do appreciate what it is that you are trying to do I believe that there needs to be more investigating in finding other ways to correct the problem. There are a lot of great business out there that are trying to do things right. I've been in many of them. Please don't punish those of us who really are trying to make a better way for our families and are trying to help as many people as we can along the way. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely Tracy Baslington
