I feel these proposed new FTC rules would hurt my home base business. People that decide to start selling partylite don't have time to wait seven days. Consultants don't have time to get 10 references together that live near a future consultant. I am not sure that I even know 10 consultants that live near myself. I feel these new rules will only undermine my business and create less profit for my family who depend on this income.
