While it is important to guard against fraud often times the legitimate small business operator is hurt and or discouraged to the point of closing the business. The rules as proposed will take a thriving, tax paying, wealth building business and cause it to be so difficult to succeed that it will not be feasible to continue. You must make some provisions for businesses like Xango and others like it. The thousands of people that will be negatively impacted by your short sighted rules change proposal will be your victims, while the cheaters will continue to prosper. Our goals are simple: Help others, live well, pay our fair share and be happy. Why mess with this very simple plan.
