I don't think that it is right that you should make a person wait 7 days before signing up for a sales job like PartyLite. I think that if a person really wants to do the job they know right away. Partylite does not pressure anyone into doing anything that they don't want to do. Also, if a person is required to get/give referances, that will be very time consumming and I don't think that other consultants will have the time to be filing out paper work. Please just leave things the way they are. I understand you are just trying to get the people that are in this strikly to make money, but I can tell you that PartyLite is not one of those businesses. Thank you for your time
