I'm a distributor of a Global MLM Company. I'm from the Philippines. As you know, we are a third world country. Most citizens struggle to even earn income for their daily sustainance. MLM is slowly being recognized as the best option to rise from poverty for most people. With the regulation you are proposing, it would just be a matter of time that the Philippines adapt the same view and policies. I know you have your purposes for trying to levy for such a regulation, but do consider the repercussions from a distributor's standpoint, which are the one's affected by the proposed regulation. It doesn't only affect a process (sponsoring) in the company's system, it affects the chances of us achieving financial freedom and our dreams.
