This proposed Business opportunity rule would affect our family deeply. I sell Mia bella candles as a distributor, retail is one of the avenues and recruiting/residual is another. This new rule would hamper the process of recruiting. My husband is quadreplegic and I have a daughter still in school. I would appreciate the Governent not taking this income away from us. I would understand if the sighn up committment was in the 100's of thousands, but we are talking 39 dollars here.There does not need to be a delay in sign up with more paperwork which ultimately costs money.
