I am very much against this invasion of my privacy. With having to provide 10 references before an individual could start their own business, my name could be given out to hundreds of potential Consultants, and I'm not willing for that to happen! I am also upset about a possible 7 day waiting period! With a company like Partylite, integrity, honesty and the high standards that have made this company paramount in the direct sales industry, are NOT in question. Therefore the 7 day waiting period only serves to dampen a new person's enthuisiasm and initial excitement! (something that comes along very rarely, in life!) Alison Peterson
