FTC, Please re-think the Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I was diagnosed with parkinson's eleven years age. During this time I have had two different At Home Businesses. I retired from my position as an Elementary School Counselor due to my health. I had to go on disability. My at home business has helped me pay the bills. If the changes you are proposing are approved this will make my business twice as hard to work and may be impossible for me to continue. All the time involved, the paper work, the follow-up can be very difficult for me. In regards to this reducing scams, I see it increasing them. I see more of an opportunity for them. it adds holes to the system. Please reconsider, this will not help it will destroy and limit the help we can offer others with their health. For me, it will be physically impossible for me to keep up the pace that I need to succeed and to help others. Asking customers to share their personal information would definitely be a deterrent tosigning up for the product. I see current customers dropping out because of this sharing. It is an intrusion on their personal space and time. Thank You for reconsidering this. Roxanne Williams
