Hello, I believe the 7 day waiting period and the 10 required references are a detriment to my business. In addition, these changes would not be welcome by prospective business consultants. I know I would not want to have waited 7 days to be able to officially join PartyLite. I would not have wanted my friends that ordered at my show to have to wait 7 days either. In addition, I did speak to other PartyLite consultants, but that was my choice and did not need to be forced upon me by regulations. I would not have wanted a list of 10 people to call. The references I did ask for, I received. I would also think that regulation would be an invasion of privacy for those consultants who did not want to be contacted every time someone joined the company. These regulations are ridiculous and assume prospective business consultants are stupid and need the FTC to help them make good choices. I would have felt very insulted and offended. I hope this does not make it into regulation. Carolyn Rogers
