RE: Federal Trade Commission Title: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Subject Category: Business Opportunity Rule CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 437 To Whom It May Concern: This rule is going to devastate my business and the businesses of millions of Americans by imposing unnecessary burdens of disclosure and causing us to do business in a way the is almost impossible to do. Many people will become lawbreakers unintentionally because of the cumbersome nature of business this will force upon us. Please don't punish the good people of this country for the deeds of the bad.
