I would like you to modify your proposed regulations to be more practical for legitimate compaines like PartyLite. A 7 day waiting period would cause our hostesses to loose moementum of their enthusiasm and make them wait to get started with their business, and to require 10 references is an invasion of privacy for other leaders and consultants.
