I understand the bill you are passing is to protect consumers from fraud, but please consider the harm that this can have on legitimate businesses that have been around for over 20 years. Maybe this can be written for businesses that ar less than 10 years old or who have had complaints. When I started my career in Partylite Candles I wanted to get going and start earning moey, if I would have had to wait for the 10 days I would have lost the excitement and would not have seen my first paycheck.
