I have allways worked to try and better myself. This is harder and harder,as much as possible should be in local state regulations. This is where consumers turn. I see a regulatory nightmare is going to cost everyone. This will in my opinion cause commercial disasters. I also see honest people tied up in court after court,if they have the capital to persue this. More and more taxpayers will seek relief by going underground,as research shows 80% of the Maine economy is in the trade of goods and services or black market. Many people will become undocumented workers,maybe the illegal immigrants have been right,AVOIDANCE as an answer. Only gun control in fact has a 7 day waiting period. I personally can see no way this can accomplish it's goal. I believe in full disclosure and that Americans have a very unique trust in their elected officials. Individuals act in their interest and only a bloated beaurocracy of a represive regime would dictate these impossible requirements at a national level. Wouldn't it be more effective to investigate on a case by case situation. After all everyone(including direct distributors) are inocent untill proof is obtained otherwise. Please don't spend Americas time and money investigating a predominately victimless personal system of beliefs in a product. Can you legislate honesty or wait till their are victims? This is imposible to live with and impossible to equally and fairely enforce. If it is broken fix it as needed. Criminals are criminals ,distributors are.. awww you look it up and let me know about criminal distributors. Excuse me isn't that someones job now? Thanks for reading this with an open mind.
