I agree that something needs to be done about unscrupulous direct selling companies that are out to defraud the public! However it should be something that targets those companies that are reported to the FCC and not the ones that take pride in their product and know that they are offering the best to their customers! Why should GOOD honest companies be penalized?? If this is set into motion, it will affect how I work my candle business and well as my fellow consultants. Not that what is proposed is not do-able, it is! However, again, it should be targeted to those who are targeting the public with scams.
