I am totally against the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, I don't see the need for this when there is a period of time where someone can change their mind. Our organization offers a free sign up and opportunity to leave the business at anytime. Perhaps a law should be made limiting the amount that a person must put out to start the business and ensuring a window to leave at anytime but these new rules will only hinder my business and others in reputable Direct Selling businesses.
