First, I have an issue with the word, deception. You obviously do not understand this company, unlike many out there, we are far from the fast buck mentality. We are the pinnacle of hard work to success. Secondly, we do not offer a "Purchaser" plan. We invite people to a FREE BUSINESS START-UP& Opportunity, asking nothing of them but a little hard work and belief in themselves. They know exactly what we are and what we are about. Anyone coming into this business, is introduced to at least 3-10 people (meetings) who are experianced and successful in this business and in the PartyLite Company. No one ever comes in without full disclosure and access to any and all information that is available. PERHAPS IF YOU MUST GO THROUGH WITH THIS, YOU MAY CONSIDER LIMITING IT ONLY TO COMPANY'S OUT THERE THAT ARE SCAM! What you are proposing will significantly impact not only my business, but my personal privacy. I don't like the items that you are proposing for many reasons, the most important aspect being, the limitations that it will put on me offering this wonderful opportunity to those whom it certainly helps financially. At times, one week in this business can be the answer to keeping a single mom from being evicted from her apartment, she can pay her rent that month. For another, it can make it very hard to get started, when all of her future business is ready and excited to go forward. We consultants work very hard to be reputable and professional. So many aspects of our business are based on deadlines which makes it fair practice for everyone with respect to success. You would only be limiting this for everyone, worse yet, the need to change a proven-workable program could never be a benefit, that's what this would do. As far as being required to provide 10 references from other consultants, anyone wishing to start this business has access to any documentation they wish to see in respect to the business reputation and practices. For some of us, you couldn't find 10 other consultants within the area anyway. We live in very rural towns sometimes. It's just not a very practicle request. We are a publicly traded company, they can get the information, if they desire, through the better business bureau. I add, I do not want my information out there in such a way, nor do I want people calling me, to inquire about the integrity of the company. I work for & with this company, if we have to be on a list of references, then the person joining shouldn't be considering us. We are good at what we do, if we weren't, we wouldn't be in the home they found us in in the first place. We are invited in, because we have integrity, a good comapny, fair-for-all programs and a darn good product! Why mess with what is working so well? This company is the most respectful, responsible company that I have ever had the priviledge of dealing with (there have been many). Trust, Respect, Basic Human Treatment, Family, Friends & Team Players, Professionals who offer the BEST, FREE Opportunity out there. Anyone who wants to try this business can, nothing keeps them from it and nothing keeps them from succeeding. Setting your guidelines could only effect us in a negative way. I am very opposed. Please re-consider doing it at all, if not, at least do your homework on companies that need someone keeping an eye on them.
