I do not approve of the new changes. These changes would impact our sponsoring of new consultants, as well as the privacy of other consultants and leaders in the company. The waiting period affects momentum and enthusiasm for new consultants coming into the company. And the provision of references would be a tedious, long process that invades the privacy of others in PartyLite. I believe these changes are destructive to the direct sales business of all involved.
